Thank you for choosing First Atlantic Federal Credit Union! Looking to make a loan payment? You've come to the right place. We offer a number of different options to make your loan payment:

Make a Rush One-Time Payment*

You can make a quick one-time payment from another financial institution with an ACH by Phone during our regular business hours:

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST
Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. EST

There is a $20.00 service fee for each ACH payment request and can take up to 2-3 business days to process.

Make a Regular Payment or Schedule Reoccurring Payments from a FAFCU* or other FI Account

Select one of the following payment options based on how you want to make your payment.

Option 1: ACH Transfer

Set up recurring payments by completing our electronic ACH Authorization Form.

Option 2: Online Banking

Pay with a FAFCU account:

1. Log in to fafcu.com
2. Go to Transfer Money
3. Select Make a Transfer

Pay from another financial institution account:

This option requires you to set up an initial connection and takes a couple of days. We will send two micro-deposits to your external account that you must verify.

1. Log in to fafcu.com
2. Go to Make Payment
3. Select Loan Payment
4. Select Manage External Accounts 

Pay with a debit card from another financial institution:

There is a $25.00 processing fee each time a loan payment is made and a maximum payment of $750.00.

3. Select Loan Payment
4. Select Pay by debit card

Option 3: Mobile Banking

Pay with a FAFCU account:

1. Tap Transfer Money at the bottom of the app screen

Pay from another financial institution account:

2. Select Make Loan Payment with External Account
3. Select Manage External Accounts 

Pay with a debit card from another financial institution:

Option 4: Bill Pay

You can set up Bill Pay with another financial institution. Remember to schedule your payment early enough so you do not incur a late charge. Bill Pay requests are usually sent by paper check so please allow time for the mail to deliver the payment to us.
